All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For custom-built systems, processing and assembly may take 3–7 business days before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Grassan Computers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where we can.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@grassancomputers.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
If available, shipping times and rates will vary depending on destination and customs processing.
